Your switch panel is held in by two or four screws. Simply remove the screws and gently pry up on the panel evenly side to side, front to back and it will pop right out for you. Remove the connector and reverse for the install process.

Larry if the window does not go up or down its likely that the gear driven assembly or the motor on your electric window for the drivers door is bad. You will need to disassemble the door by removing the door panel to gain access to the electric motor. I want to remove passenger side rear door panel because window is down and won't stay up

Hi,
Hi!!

Here is a little information on how window regulator works. Also step by step instruccions on how to remove and install the window glass.

Door Glass & Regulator Power Windows
Diagnosis & Testing
When the rear window lockout feature is enabled, the circuit is open and no voltage is supplied to the rear window switches. When the feature is not enabled, the circuit is connected to battery positive voltage. If this circuit is shorted to ground when the lockout feature is not enabled, the PWR WDO circuit breaker may cycle continuously OFF/ON until, either the lockout switch is pressed to open the circuit, or the circuit breaker is permanently damaged. All windows may be partially or totally inoperative while the fault is present.
Inspect for aftermarket devices which could affect the operation of the system. Inspect the easily accessible or visible system components for obvious damage or conditions which could cause the symptom. Faulty electrical connections or wiring may be the cause of intermittent conditions.
Removal & Installation
Window Motor & Regulator
  1. Position window approximately half way down in the door.
  2. Remove the interior trim panel.
  3. Remove the water deflector.
  4. Tape the window to door frame to prevent it from moving.

Change the switch with another switch to see if the one you had was bad. If it the switch is good, then the motor is bad. You will have to pull all screws out of door panel, pry off panel, and access motor. You may need to drill the rivets to access motor.

Saturn 200 sl1 sedan.....electric door windows do not come up?

First, try using different switch to rule out switch. If another switch does the same, than the window motor most likely is worn and will need to be replaced. To do this, you will need to remove all screws to door panel, and pry off panel. Than you can gain access to to motor..
