WTH is a pace arrow? Aw, never mind, the essence of staying warm is to understand the heating and blowing circuits in the vehicle. It's pretty simple, really. The heater runs off the coolant circulation system in the vehicle. A separate system circulates some of the engine's hot coolant back into the coolant system by passing a portion through the heater case below the dash through a device called a "heater core" and this core is the essence of the heat generating system in the vehicle's interior. When air from the blower motor is passed over this heater core, and then passed into the heater vents, you get warm air in the vehicle.
well your going to have to go under and wiggle things exshaust pipe look at the shocks you may have a broken shock bracket or a exshaust pipe clamp has broke off sometimes the rubbers rot and it causes the exshaust system to bang slightly on the floor boards or back under the trunk .
you will have to contact pace arrow if still in business for the 120 volt wireing.they are all pretty much the same in similar years motor home so generic rv how to manuel would be ok.contact chevrolet for a cab and chassis manuel. as a side note, on the 120 volt system the black wire is not a ground.it is the hot wire.the white wire is nutral[ground] the 12 volt stuff is color coded like a 1984 chevy
If the flex pipe is bad, there is no way of fixing it right, you will need to figure out what size of pipe you need, and go and buy a new section from a autoparts store, and have it welded on really good.
as long as you have a torque wrench and torque it back down to the eng. specs. it is perfectly fine. as for the pace setter. make sure you correctly install the gaskets. and safley remove any objects from danger of heat.
I promote the safety of shop rules, and safety glasses.
