Question about 2002 Nissan Sentra
You may need front lower control arms. the bushings brake and than you will get the squeak. very common problem on a sentra. if you have more than 60K on it, check the control arm bushings, where the control arm is attached to the car with 3 same looking bolts, that's where those bushings are.

What kind of squeaking - how fast - turning left or right - how hard.
Does it go away under any special conditions ie wet, hot, cool etc
