You need to have the dealer scan the security system module for fault codes or other problems that can cause this. They need to confirm this problem to repair it.

this is a long shot, put the key in the driver door, turn to unlock then try to start the car, some systems disarm when the key is used to unlock the car.

The remote does not disarm the alarm and unlock the doors. Trunk also will not open.

I would say that the problem is the remote. change the batteries in the remote and see if it will work then. if it still will not disarm the car then it could be a problem with the security system itself.
new batteries can be bought at your local RadioShack*,auto parts store,or a auto security intallation shop.

under the drivers seat is the security module, ground the green with red wire, to disarm the alarm always, not sure about the radio, it sounds like a loose conection on the blue with black memory wire hook a wire to this and run it to the white with black wire at the ignition switch, you might also want to check the black ground wire on the radio

Disarming the alarm

Try this,I think this will work.Unplug the Remote anti-theft module in the right hand kick panel. It will have 2 connectors, one is 22 cavity connector and the other is 26 cavity connector.
Now best I can tell by looking at the Schematics you will have you take the wires from pin 11 PK/LG and pin 22 PK/YE in the 22 pin connector and pin 1 LG in the 26 pin connector and run these to a ground. Then leave the RAP module disconnected. This should keep your electric door locks working and disable the alarm.
