Most fords i have had have this problem the small vent hose gets a hole in it and gas won't go down, need new filler tube. u will have to lower gas tank and remove screws from filler neck around cap to change out , easier if tank is empty.

The gas gauge for the front tank on my 1992 F150 is stuck past full

You probably have a ground wire not making contact to ground on the front tank sending unit. OR the sending unit itself inside the tank is faulty. Either way, when a gas guage goes to full all the time (empty or full), this indicates that NO ground is available for the sending unit.

Would i **** fuel line spray alot of gas?

That could easily be the cause, as a fuel injected engine has around 40psi running through the lines.

I can pour gas into the carb and engine will run I'm assuming the fuel pump is bad does that sound correct?

Not really. Check the fuel line for any leaks or badly tightened hoses. Any loose connection between the tank and the pump may cause the problem. If everything is OK along the line then make sure you have gas in the tank.If you have gas in the tank then make sure the gas can be drawn out of the tank from the lineIf yes then you can assume the pump is bad.

Gauge simply does not work at all no matter how much gas I put in it. Is their a way to put anew line ? how would I do this?

Most likely the ground wire to the gas tank is broken or corroded--especially an older car. Check & replace ground wire or take to garage.

Petrol tank leaking.. How do I best remove the tank to fix it?!

Hopefully the gas tank has very little fuel left in it. make sure first that it is not coming from the fuel line which goes in from the top of the tank. always disconnect the battery cables when working around gasoline, of course do not smoke if you do, and do not do it where there are source of spark around such as electric motor and other electrical device that give off spark. Gas fumes are heavier than air and linger close to the ground. Safety first.

On the pass. side fender is you should find the fuel pump relay. Power goes through it to the inertia (crash) switch on the upper part of the pass. side floor board. From there, the power goes to the fuel pump. At the rear near the fuel pump is the fuel pump ground. It's attached to the inner part of the frame as is sometimes hard to see. Check it as well. I've had truck that drove me crazy and would find a bad ground there. I cleaned up the ground and everything was fine again.

Water in the gas tank

i would go up and get some HEAT they sell it at any auto store it treats up to 15 gallons of gas. HEAT takes the water and trapes it so that there isn't much water left into the tank and allowes the gas to run like it is supposed to..
