Question about 2003 Dodge Neon
Did you change the fuel filter at the same time as the pump.you could have a dirty throttle body that just needs to be cleaned.you don`t say if it will start after the initial stalling or if it will start with the throttle held slightly open.you could even have a bad throttle position sensor.how ever it should have set a code in the computer and set the check engine light on.
