Question about 1999 Buick Park Avenue
If this problem started after you replaced the tires then that is were you start to look for the problem.you don`t say if they were new or used tires.it`s possible that there is a bad belt in one or more of the tires.this can happen even with a new tire.the other area to check for is if the wheels were properly installed(something caught between rim and mounting surface.
