Kia sedona 03 had a new steering arm fitted by garage as part of mot, took it back as steering wheel is off center the garage say they cant straighten it.

An alignment should correct the problem. Don't think k there's any way to incorrectly fit a steering arm.

2003 Kia Sedona steering not as smooth as it was 2days aga, slight pull to right and when I turn a corner, the steering wheel does not come back as easily as it used to. Is this a tie rod problem? ...

I would get the vehicle aligned first. Usually, a tie rod will cause the vehicle to shake when you apply the breaks.Take it in for an alignment.

How to fix a leak in the power steering 2003 kia sedona

If its a union tighten it a bit, if its a hole in a rusty pipe replace it. Any leaks at points other than unions are usually difficult to fix as the power steering fluid operates at high pressure. The only course of action is to replace the part. A leak can be highlighted by putting the steering to full lock either right or left and the pressure goes shooting up as the pump works its hardest

2003 kia sedona

I had the same thing (hard to turn, especially in cold temps, wouldn't return to straight.....). Since the power steering fluid was full, I decided it had to be "gunk" in the fluid, so I took my '03 Kia Sedona in to have the power steering fluid flushed & filled (over $100 I think!).

No better. So I took it to another mechanic and he said that the "U-Bolt" had frozen up. He changed it (part was $117 and labor was 2 hours, for a total cost of $350ish) and it's good as new now!
