After engine cools. Follow top radiator top hise to motor. Remove two therm.housing bolts. R an r thermostat ..replace bolts. Top. Off wirh coolant. Be sure to bleed all air from cooling system.

Heater only blows cool air out of heater


Check coolant level. If necessary, additional cooling fluid. It is possible that the air inside the cooling system.

heater core could be out . is you thermostat in still?? and when turning the heater on is the car already warmed up??

What controls the radiator cooling fans in the ac mode on a pontiac torrent 2006


Well the computer activates the relay for the fans when needed.
You should be able to jumper the relay to check the fan operation.
The fans come on when the ac pressure reaches 200psi or so, not as soon as you turn the ac on.

2006 pontiac grand prix vary little or no heat


Are you sure you got all the air out of the cooling system? Air pockets are very common problem when you do any work to the cooling system. An air pocket will do what you discribe.
