Question about 1994 Chevrolet S-10
Try turning motor over with socket on harmonic ballancer if there is no movement it could be internal (bearings) also check your altenator they sometimes lock up and the starter does not have the power to turn the motor with the altenator. if it does turn check for power on the smaller terminal on the sollenoid when the key is in the start position if there is no power here the problem may be in the ignition switch or safety neutral switch
