You still have the starter relay, neutral safety switch and ignition switch itself to check.

Try turning motor over with socket on harmonic ballancer if there is no movement it could be internal (bearings) also check your altenator they sometimes lock up and the starter does not have the power to turn the motor with the altenator. if it does turn check for power on the smaller terminal on the sollenoid when the key is in the start position if there is no power here the problem may be in the ignition switch or safety neutral switch

2002 dodge intrepid clicks and wont start

it is not uncommon for a failing starter to make a click noise, but check other things before jumping into that, clean the battery terminals, have the battery tested, make sure you are getting power to the starter and have a good ground.

Have the batteries checked,or clean the cables, and the battery post until they shine,if the batteries, and connections are good, replace the starter,it is drawing to many amps, from the ignition.

Car wont start, acts like battery is dead. battery shows full charge. full lights, buzzers, etc. put it on charger-didnt start...cleaned cable connections-didnt start...tried to jump with truck-didnt...

Check the battery +12v power connection to the starter is in good order,
Check the ground connection between the battery negative and the engine/starter motor is robust and intact.
If no problem with above, replace the starter motor.

Turn key to start and it wont start, just makes a clicking noise under the dash. Battery is full charged, I've changed the starter selnoid.

if it is standard shift then check the clutch disable switch.... if auto then check neutral safety switch on transmission....confirm power to the starter itself.. report back

Wont start. when i turn the key all the lights work but it doesnt turn over. i can hear a clicking noise that comes from the relays

check your battery,and your starter
make sure the battery is up 12.4 volts if it is good then make sure you have power going to the starter, when you turn the key you should have power to the selnoid,if you have power there and the starter does not turn ,then the starter is bad.

Starter runs constantly when u connect the battery

It will be a small wire that runs from the starter selinoid to the starter, or the small wire that runs from the starter selnoid on the starter to the ignition.

Disconnect the wire at the starter selnoid, it's easiler to reach than at the ignition switch. If it no longer cranks, you know that you now have have of your problem fixed.

If that is the problem, it has to be from the firewall down to the engine. You didn't do anything under the dash. Right?
