I have a1991 Z-34 chevy

I have a1991 Z-34 chevy lumina with auto transmission it runs great starts right up but after you drive for 20 miles or so then shut it down and then come back to car it won't start.will not fire or run until it sits for an hour then you can come back and it will start right up again. You can hear fuel pump run but car will not start.
