Question about 2001 Honda Accord
Its the air bag system ,disconnect battery and then clean the connections in the connector block under the front seats and rub the pins with a soft lead black pencil ,reconnect all and see what happens

There is a recall on the airbag for this year if you were to get in a accident it is said that the airbag could send out shards of glass also it could be the seat belt clip it also has a recall it is said that if you get in an accident you may not be able to get your seatbelt off.
