Could be expensive as these units are cheap ,as its a four litre its a big one and i would expect to pay around 300/350 euros for one without the O2 sensors which i would change at the same time .plus your local labour charge

There are 4 oxygen sensors (o2 sensors)and they are all located on the exhaust coming from the motor under the vehicl by the catylac converters.
