Question about 2003 Lexus ES 300
Had freon/ pressure checked all good, when turn ac on compressor tries to kick over, but then stops imm could their be a relay or electrical problem? if so is there a way to check it myself? any help appreciated
It's the relay in the front fuse box area of the engine compartment. Toyota has a replacement for it. The dealer will charge you $200 to fix. The rerlay can be found for much less than $70. You can pull the old one and replace it in about 45 seconds with a set of pliers

It is an electronic sensor. I brought mine to the dealer when the ac light started blinking. Cost about 200 dollars
