If your sentra is a 2002, you don't have a cap and rotor. its a direct ignitoin from individual ignition coil on top of each spark plug. How many miles you have on it and is it a 1.8 liter or 2.5 liter. if you are removing the coils to change plugs, then unplug connector, remove the bolt with 10mm socket and remove plug with 5/8 socket. reverse to install plug. re-connect connector. anyhow, let me know what model do you have and if check engine light is on or flashing.

If your engine vibrates roughly replace the engine supports and the transmission support.

Not sesific enough, maybe a cylinder miss, cracked flywheel, or torque convertor, or damaged harmonic balancer

Engine vibration

This is common on Hondas. If you want the vibration to go away you can adjust the idle to be higher. That's a fairly common fix. There's not really anything wrong though as long as it's not missing. Every engine has a speed it likes to vibrate at depending on how it was designed/built.

My engine has a vibration how can i fix it?

I would replace the engine mounts first and make sure the exhaust system isn't bent and touching the body anywhere.

2003 Jetta TDI vibrates above 35 speed

With 180k I would change the engine mounts. They are about the only thing that would dampen engine vibration and noise (assuming that the engine is running ok). There is likely one or all weak or broken. Normally when you have a vibration at speed then it is going to be driveline or wheel balance.

Replace balancer. You don't notice them until you rev it up.

1998 honda crv vibrates when starting out

Increased vibration from a vehicle indicates worn out engine supports. This vibration often disappears when revving the engine high, but is very noticeable at low revs.

You can have these inspected and possibly replaced to reduce the vibration cominf from your engine.

Hope this helps.

Vibration in Steering Column at Idle

Engine vibration is the cause of this issue, it is the biggest complaint from many owners, changing the engine mounts will help, as mounts age the rubber gets hard and they don't absorb vibration like they should, new mounts help issue, but it will no stop it altogether. A faulty MAF will not cause vibration, just a hesitation on acceleration at times
