Just hold down the AMB button for maybe 15 seconds, then hold the down temp arrow until it changes. Solution is in the user manual.

The gauges are computer controlled, if the system fails the gauses all stop. You need the dealer to scan this with the KIA tool.

My a/c control settings went from farenheit to celsius. How do I change it back?

The C/F format for the outside temp display (on rearview mirror) can be changed by depressing the switch for an extended period (Instructions are in the owners manual, page 2-54). The inside temp C/F format (on the automatic climate control) is changed via the "English/Metric" selection on the DIC.

Change from celsius to fahrenheit

Don't listen to 'nitrousaura' (what a maroon, as Bugs would say).

Anyway, the way to change between Celsius and Fahrenheit is to hold down both the 'Temp down' and the 'Amb' buttons for 5 seconds. Be sure to do the 'Temp down,' not the 'Fan down' like I tried the first time and had to call Kia back. :) The two buttons are on opposite sides of the display.
