Does the radio work at all. or is the cd player the only issue.? most of the time you need to enter a radio code to unlock the radio. If you enter it wrong to many times it will display error on the display.if you dont know the code then you can call the dealership and get the code after you do the following below to get the serial number.
Press and hold 1 and 6 on the radio while still holding the 1 and 6 press the power button. At this time it will read off serial number
There is no other way except the dealer, if you own it then proof that you do, fax them a copy of the title or registration and your id and they will give you the code.
As far as they know you may have stolen the radio and then the theft code would mean nothing if anyone could call and get the code. Also you will need the serial #. the last thing is why not ask the person you got the van from, they must know code or can get it.
