They will rev up just before they run out of fuel. Are you out of fuel maybe? Is there any possibility that someone put gasoline in the tank by mistake? This will make them run away like you describe as well.

replace batteries in remote then reset alarm/immobiliser also try spare key (car may not be reccognising one)also try wynns/redexe fuel injector cleaner at one bottle to 5 gallons.if this dont work get back to me...
I presume you mean 'grinds when I turn the ignition..(to start)'.
If this is so, it's most likely the starter motor 'drive (overun) clutch is faulty.
Either replace the starter motor complete or replace the drive clutch assy on the original.
The latter should be cheaper (especially if you can source a new 'drive clutch' and fit it yourself).
needs a new alternator, going down the hill, your RPM's dropped and all of the draw on from the electrical system came from the battery, and caused the battery to die too
If it starts when pulled by other vehicle then Glow Plugs. othervise check the Ignition Key Contacts, might be worn out.
I neither of those then give me some more information. What exactly engine it is, maybe u know engine code.
when you checked the fuel line fuel flowed when u tried to start the engine while the fuel line was disconnected from intake? have you checked the injectors? are they spraying fine or there's no command.
take it to a shop that has a camera to go inside the cylinder to see what has damaged the glow plug.check the oil pan,see if it damaged from jacking up the engine to change the motor mount.is there still oil in it?
the engine needs to be repaired.
a couple of ideas for you to try, not sure maybe you have already tried, but yo might use some wd-40 and spray the sliding track and back into the motor area. you might also check the motor that runs the sunroof it could have to high of ohm resistence. not sure if you are hearing a whining noise when you try to operate the sunrood or not, is the noise consistent with the glass opening and once the glass stops moving then do you hear any noise from the motor or anything, or is it just quiet? let me know so i can try to help you out the best i can. thank you for using fixya.
