Question about Toyota 4Runner
If you check the fluid leves and this is OK, them likely means something came loose in the pump. The only way to be
sure with out replacing the pump is take it to a shop where they can
hook up a pressure and read pump out put pressure.
Check if you havebits of metal in the fluid sounds like something in either the control valve or steering gear has broken down, this could go to bad sttering pump.
