Check the bulbs in the back lights as i suspect you have a wrong bulb fitted ,remove each bulb in each cluster in turn and look in the bulb holder as i think that you may have a single pole bulb in a double pole bulb holder ,if this checks out ok then check the earth on each rear light cluster as a non earth connection could also cause this problem,but i suspect a incorrect bulb in the wrong holder

Right indicator flashes quick changed back bulb same problem

If bulb is OK;

1. Bulb has a lower wattage than the original. This decreases the load on the blinker module and makes it blink faster.
2. Blinker circuit is burned out or the connection is dirty; look in the fittings for corrosion.
3. Bad earthing can cause this problem.

Good luck!

Renault scenic back lights wiring need to fit a toe bar all on just need to connect the wires i no what the toe bar wiring is not sure what the cars are

do it by following the wire from the indicator left then right, just behind the bulb , the hard bit is the side/brake wires as they both go to the same bulb, use a volt meter.
