It could be wheel balancing, but that usually comes in at slightly higher speeds. If you have not had the wheels balanced recently, or if there are signs of damage or lost wheel weights, have them balanced, it could be the solution to your problem.

You need to have your front tires balanced. This can be done at any local tire shop.

There are several things to consider, first I would check the tire balance. Then I would go to the front alignment. If you have trouble on one side or the other you may just have a bad tire.

The problem could be from the brake disk in the front that is worped, try different brake pads with different material that could have less brake dust on the rims
