Question about 1997 BMW 328
Check any electrical wires that might be connected to the door. Sometimes at higher speeds, there can be an aerodynamic disturbance under the car and/or in the engine compartment. If any wires are loose or not connected properly, the wind can giggle these wires and make the computer think the door is ajar on and off again and again. You can check the wiring harness yourself or take it to a gas station garage and ask them to check. They shouldn't charge you if it's a quick fix but don't quote me. Good Luck!
