Question about Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Have you tried the fuel pressure regulator, or checked to assure that fuel is getting to the carb or injectors... a fuel system is fairly easy to diagnose, if you hear the fuel pump trip then you would next need to check if fuel is reaching the engine, if not then its more than likely the regulator.

Hi, with the temperatures below freezing, and it not starting , are you using any canned heat to prevent the gas from icing? I had that problem with my 2001 Silverado 4x4, with the 4.3 v-6. If you can hear the fuel pump coming on and pumping, and it will just turn over when its cold outside but starts when it warms up, try that. Dump a couple of cans in the tank and rock your truck back and forth, and poor some into the throttle body to see if this solves the problem. Let me know the out come. Good Luck.
