-   looking at a 1992 chevy 1500....the radio does not work and the locks lock but do not unlock. The radio is stuck on 1:00 and none of the buttons work either. -   sparks120

any chevy dealer will tell you how to unlock it over the phone usually, sometimes they require you to go in to prove ur actually the car owner
