Question about 2005 Mazda Millenia
The thermostat is located on the driver's side where the hose from the radiator attaches to the housing. The bolts (3) of the housing screw in from the bottom up.
The cabin heat problem is most likely an air blend door stuck in the "cold" position (you may have a defective actuator motor: electric or vacuum operated). Some older vehicles had a cable operated blend door.
