Best thing to do is find a way to connect the vacuum lines to the new cold air intake. best way is probably drill a hole is pipe and tack on or silver solder some little air fittings for the vacuum lines to fit onto, otherwise you can do it the bodge way and just drill tight fit holes in the pipe so the hose push tight into it.

My brother in law just changed my belt in my ford windstar. My air conditioning isnt working now, it only blows cold air from the windshield area fans, not in the front. Where is my air conditioning...

I've been working on the same problem today. I plugged the 2 vacum lines behind the rightmost control switch, the one for the rear and viola I get air out of the front. Went to the junk yard and got a replacement control panel. That didn't help. So for now I put tape over the vacum lines for air. Not sure what the real problem is yet. Anyone?

Ac seems to come on but air not blowing through the vents. the fan is working. i can hear it but nothing comes through the vents. you can feel some cold air coming from behind the dash.

Check for a broken vacume line under the hood find the vacume canister should be eather on the right or left side under the fender its a black round ball shaped with 2 hose's one in one outif the line is not attached or is leaking then you do not get any air

Engine light on . fault code p0411. air solenoid stuck shut. show

P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected
p0411 is a generic code, probably a vacume leak, vacume hose broken check this first, check the air pump turn on the car but it needs to be cold, you should hear a high pitched whine, this is the air pump running, there are 2 hoses one suction one blowing thishose should be going from the air pump to the air cleaner disconnect that and see what the volume is should be pretty strong.
But mostly you probably have a broken vacume line somewhere

1997grand voyager is blowing cold air new thermostate water pump and the raditor and heater core has been back flushed it started blowing hot air again then went back to blowing cold air again

I would look for a vacum leak on the control valve for the heater. There are 2 lines from the radiator leading back to the firewall. One has a control valve on it that should be vacum controlled. When you back flushed to the heater core you may have forced this valve open temporarily. The control may have low vacum or insufficient vacum to open a stuck valve. The good news is you can actually manually open this valve and tie it in the open position which will at least temporarily solve the problem. Check your vacum lines for leaks and check the valve to make sure it isn't sticking.

You might have air in the lines, go ahead and find out if there is a bleeder valve. If so then bleed it after warmed up but watch out that steam is hot.
