The Manual says the "Check Engine" Light (the Manual does not correspond with the "Service Engine Soon" indicator light) means an emission control problem.

I am experiencing this problem for the second time. First time it cost me over $100 plus labour for a new emission sensor!

Not sure I am contributing to saving the environment but sure I am contributing to Chrysler's profit margins!

The DTC P0405 is for (Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor Circuit "A" Low)

DTC P0406 is for (Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor Circuit "A" High)

This would indicate a problem with the EGR valve sensor, or the EGR valve itself is malfunctioning.
