Check for unhooked wire to solenoid, bad solenoid, or broken wire between door & door post where it goes through. likely the wire is broken--check & replace.

How to reset the passenger wiindow

a car window is a simple device operated by a switch which bridges an electrical connection to make your window actuator(motor) roll the window up or down. Any other function, auto up/down, etc. are controlled by the switch or switch panel. Therefore, there really isn't a reset button. You likely have a bad switch, actuator or fuse. if only one window isn't working I would start with the switch, and then check your actuator if that isn't the issue. If your problem isn't electrical it will be a an issue with the window motor, or track. Good luck

#1 is the battery dead? If not you blew a fuse. Replace and you should be fine unless you have a short somewhere.

Is driver airbag still functional when passenger airbag light is on in a 2010 Chevy malibu?

Hello Collette,

(Owner Manual Page 2-68)
The passenger sensing system turns off the right front
passenger frontal airbag and seat-mounted side
impact airbag under certain conditions. The driver
airbags and the roof-rail airbags are not affected by the
passenger sensing system.
The passenger sensing system works with sensors that
are part of the right front passenger seat. The sensors
are designed to detect the presence of a properly-seated
occupant and determine if the right front passenger
frontal airbag and seat-mounted side impact airbag
should be enabled (may inflate) or not.

I'm not sure if a purse or other light weight objects would activate the passenger airbag but if your display is showing random passenger activation it would be best to have a qualified dealer check into it...better safe than sorry.

Wiindow slide down on its own

Sounds like the clamp bolts that hold glass to regulator were loose, so regulator went down, but glass stayed up till you hit a bump or shut door

The wiindow fell down in to door

The door panel will have to be removed to fix the window. The window motor failed and will need to be fixed. If you want to try to do it yourself, here is a link: hope this helps! Please give 4 thumbs up!

WHERE IS THE fuel shut off button

I believe it is either up under the passenger side of the dash where the carpet ends down by your feet or it is behind the passenger side kick panel, the plastic piece right under the right side of dash that your right foot would hit if you slid it to the right where sitting in the passenger seat.

Driver side power window won't go up.

Do you know if it is the switch are the motor. If it is the motor real easy to check. Remove the door panel by removing the screws holding it on and pulling up and out on the panel. Find the plug for the wiindow motor and try jumping it to the battery and see if it will go up and down if it does the switch is bad. You can also check the switch by unplugging the motor and getting a test light and see if you are getting power when pusing on the switch.

I have a 1999 grand prix gt and the front window goes down ,but now will not go back up, all the other windows are fine,do I need to replace the window motor?

Unfortunately you probably do need to replace the window motor , however as a preventative measure in the future use a special silicon lube you can aquire from Napa to lube up the window runners allowing less resistance for the electic motor to raise the wiindow in the future avoiding this problem.

Two front automatic windows will not work

Check the door connectors. Remember your Jeep was designed to have it's doors removed? Start there.
If no luck pull the dahsboard switch apart and reverse the wires front to back.
Unless you're over 36,000 miles it should still be covered under warranty.
