You will need the computer from the automatic.
Swapped out computer - still nothing.
hmmm. I know you would need the comp because of the trans differences. A few things to try:
Remove a spark plug, and check to see if fuel is reaching the cylinders-if so, there is an ignition problem, you can put the spark plug in the wire and hold it about 1/4 inch above some metal on the body, like a strut tower.old it with a pair of rubber handled pliers. make sure you h If spark, there is a timing issue-im not sure how to reset the timing with a coil pack, you can google and find out easily. If there is no spark, the coil is the next thing id check. can be tested the same way as with the spark plugs. If you are getting spark from the coil. The coil pack is bad. if no spark, there should be a crank sensor or cam sensor that might be at fault. I dont have any other ideas than that.

Swapped computer, still nothing.
Well, it seems,the previous owner unplugged everything
sensor plugs were labelled wrong,as were the coil pack plugs ! switched these and started right up and runs good !
