Question about 2005 Chevrolet Impala
It could be a little bit of dirt got into the fuel system and got lodged and then cleared.Or it could be a bad injector on cyl #3.I would recommend that you change the gas filter and add some injector cleaner and run it through your fuel system and see what that does for your performance.Also you could give your car tune up because it could have a bad plug in that cylinder.Try these inexpensive fixes before jumping into any costly repairs.There are also service stations that can do a test on your injectors to be sure that there working properly.
