I noticed on mine that if the steering collum is tilted all the way up, it will not turn over (no electrical connection at all). I then tilt it down and it will turn over. It's like the wire harness is pinched or something.

Wipers won't turn off

The wiper motor is defective and needs to be replaced. Inside the wiper motor is a "Park Switch". When you turn the wipers off, the park switch sends a signal to shut the wipers off. If the park switch fails to operate then the wipers will continue to run, unless the ignition key is turned off. You will also need to inspect and test the charging system. Where you had no issue before the rain, you may only need to charge the battery. After the battery is charged it should be load tested, to be sure that it is fine. Also test the alternator and make sure that it is charging correctly (@14volts). If you need more information please write back. Good luck.

2007 Crysler 300 pulled in to get gas turned car off. now car won't start. got a jump car started. took it to auto zone. he said battery fine alternater was at 14 it was fine. gauges going haywi

The alternator may be charging at 14v but if the battery cannot hold charge, then a low voltage issue may be present. If a jumpt start worked to get the vehicle going, then I'm assuming your battery is close to dead.

Definitely , Without a battery you will have no power to start your engine. You should have your alternator checked as well most part stores will do this check for you for free. You could have a bad cell in the battery or perhaps it's just time for a new battery and possibly alternator.

Either 2 things, the fuse is blowen, or ther AC belt is broken.
Open the hood, have some one start the car, turn AC ON, you should here a click and the engine rpm will drop slightly, you should also be able to see the compressor wetter the drive belt is broken or not.

Car starts but need to apply gas to keep it going. Once the gas pedal is released, the car stalls.

Have a look at your fuel sysytem which comprises of injector and fuel pump and the fuel hoses.

Good luck.

Chevy monte carlo won't start????

sounds to me like your coil packed it in or your timing belt ( chain ) has jumped a tooth. If you have access to a scanner run a diagnostic check on your car to see if it comes up with any trouble codes.
