Did you replace solenoid and ignition switch. I'd be checking grounds and the above 2 parts.

check the resistance on the wires from the battery to your fuse panel and your ground wires also check to make sure you have good connections inside your fuse box if all is good there try to bench test the starter by applying a direct 12 volt power supply to.

My 99 monte carlo wont start the lights and radio work but the car wont start what do i do

If you have power but the starter won't engauge here are a few things to check 1 start at the fuse box check fuses. If the fuses are good check the starter. This time of year cold weather starters have more strain and burn out easier. Also exessive oil dripping on the starter can cause to go out because of residue build up in the starter. If the starter checks out good it is then a bad conection or wire. thanks

Car wont start and battery is good can turn over if i jump the solonid at starter but wont keep running

Sounds like the ignition switch not sending power to the starter OR power to the IGN "on" circuit. But before you jump into that check the MAIN fuses in the fuse box under the hood. Also check any fusible links that may have burned...these are a wire that is designed to "burn" like a fuse. They are attached to the positive side of the starter solinoid, also when you check that don't forget to make sure the nut retaining the positive BAT wire is tight on the solenoid.

Need to see owners manual my car wont start battery and alternater are good trying to find a strat relay? no problems until this time trying to start it i drove it to the gas station went inside bought...

There is a starter fuse in the black fuse box under the hood. It will have the label of each on it. If you replace the fuse, and it blows again, then the starter is bad.

Not starting replaced alt, starter, solenoid, and battery is good

It sounds like the wires from the battery to the starter solinoid are burned out, possibly even more of them to the main fuse box under the hood. You will have to start looking for the burned wires you can already smell and replace them. Starter and Battery area are a good place to start.
