1993 f-150 4x4 very hard to turn to the right. I've replace the steering box, pump, and front axle u-joints. When it's off the ground it steers easy. Back on the ground, Hard??

Either ball joints or alignment come to mind.
Ball joints will often bind and grab in one direction but not necessarily in the other, when they are really bad.
You don't notice it jacked up because the control arms pivot down to put you on a different location on the ball joint.
You should be able to see which side and whether upper or lower, by seeing the pressure causing flex and jerks.
Although it is usually either one with a rubber rip or the lowers.
But alignment can do it also, especially of jacked up.
The camber or caster can be too great on one side, where turning the steering has to lift the whole truck up on one side more than the other, or it can strongly pull to one side.

How to re-install lower ball joints on 2001 ford f150 4x4.

A "ball joint seperator" and a "ball joint press" is what you will need to do this. A castle nut will be holding the ball joint in place, remove the pin, drop the joint, press in the new one.

2004 ford f150 4x2 4.6 drive shaft has vibration

check the U-joints by grabbing the drive shaft and try to make it move from side to side or top to bottom. It is much easier to do this if the vehicle is in the air and no weight on the axle.If it does move replace that U-joint,but if you are going to replace one then I would do both since you will have the drive shaft out any way. Also check to see if the shaft weight is still there, but I doubt it has came off its pretty rare.

The front end sways from side to side

Check your upper and lower ball joints for play - jack up the front end and grab the tire (bottom and top) if tire moves in and out by pushing and pulling on tire (ball joints are worn) -- also check your track bar by grabbing the tire on each side and wiggling, have someone look at your steering components while this is being done and if the is any play in the joints (they are worn)
