If the truck is running fine otherwise I would not change a thing. The engine needs time to step down in case you decide to re-engage the clutch. If it slowed right away the engine could stall.

Manual Transmition, While driving the clutch pedal went right to the floo and stayed down. I lifted the pedal with my foot and with a light touch i pushed down on the pedal and it it began a grinding sound...

the slave cylinder on the trans works just like a brake cylinder, when fluid pressure is applied it flows into the cylinder and pushes against a clutch fork which engages a throw out bearing against the clutch pressure plate fingers. a couple things could have happened. I think your trans is fine but im sure the clutch fork or the pressure plate broke. I'm sorry but the trans is gonna have to be pulled. best wishes

I cant get any pressure on the clutch peddle how do you bleed the slave thanks andy

Providing the slave valve is external on your car and not inside the tranny bell housing, there is a bleeder screw on the valve, have somebody press down on the clutch while your opening the bleeder, then hold the clutch down and quickly close the bleeder. Keep doing this until all air is out of the system.
Make sure you keep the resevoir full of fluid. Dot 3 brake fluid.
If that doesn't cure the problem, you might have a bad clutch and/or pressure plate.

When clutch pushed in it makes high pitched squeel

Im a mechanic, i think you will find it will be the clutch release bearing on the clutch fork, when you push the clutch in it will push the fork which will push the clutch release bearing onto the clutch plate which rotating with the engine revs
