I discovered how to remove the front wheel bearings by phoning a FORD dealer after spending hours on sites like this getting nowhere ! The problem with removing said bearings from a front wheel drive 1990 Taurus and similar is the bearing must come out from the inside of the hub assy. After you have removed the retaining nut and the axle flange still won't budge, you must disconnect the lower steering link {ball joint} and pull the entire drive shaft out of the center of the hub.Underneath the seal for the existing bearing there is a retaining clip that holds in the bearing. If you sand the bore where bearing goes back it should be able to get back in without too much fight.

When i put the car in drive it just sits and theres this loud clunky/rattling revving sound?

the hum noise is a worn wheel bearing maybe from getting so hot it burnt the bearing. the rev and bang was your engine blowing. it will cost more money to fix these problems then just getting another car like this one.

How to replace 1993 Ford Crown Victoria starter

The starter will be under the car on the passenger side. You will need to raise and support the vehicle. There will be two bolts that hold the starter onto the transmission. Remove those two bolts and lower the starter. You can then remove the positive cable end and the smaller start terminal wire. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. LOUD RATTLE IN FRONT END WHEN I HIT A BUMP AND A LOUD SQUEEL WHEN I TURN WHEEL LEFT

If you have struts on that vehicle, the strut bearings would be a good place to start; however, it would need to be put on a rack and looked at a little closer for loose or damaged parts. The squeal could be low/dirty steering fluid, even loose or worn belt. Could just be age on the rack, if it isn't broke don't fix it is the rule of thumb there.

How to put on a belt

Most vehicles have a belt diagram located under the hood...the tensioner pulley is spring loaded and must be pulled up to get the belt on then released to hold the belt tight. Some front wheel drive vehicles require a tensioner tool, but most rear wheel drive vehicles tensioner can be released w/a ratchet.

I have a 1993 Ford Crown Victoria LX missing the drivers window. I have a replacement window but cannot figure out how to get it in. Does it slide in from the top, or can the metal frame be removed somehow...

After removing your door panel you should look for rivets holding your glass or motor if equipped with power widows. The window slides down but you may have to pull the window molding aside for easy installation.

Noise in front end, sounds like wheel bearings, 110,000 miles, rear end axles and bearings replaced, sounds still present, louder when making left turn when weight of vehicle shifts to front end right side

You say the rear wheel axles and bearings have been replaced, you mention nothing of the front wheels, you have the symptoms of a front wheel bearing being worn out, remove them and check for pitting in the bearing rollers or the bearing races, I am sure you will find a problem. Hope this helps solve your issue with the bearing noise.
