Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Diesel injectors

Sounds like the diesel return pipe to the tank is blocked or restricted . This is a low pressure pipe return, if blocked you are getting a pressure build up and the pipe blows off.

Need to recode new installed injectors kia sedona diesel 2.9LX?

If you have the CRDI engine yes codeing to be done. It will run without codeing but you wont get the benifit of the fuel economy. I can do it for you if your in manchester as i obtained the kia tool to do just that.

My 2001 kia sedona wont startit was driving fine i stopped then it just seemed to churn maybee out of diesel

if you were low on diesel you need to put atleast 10ltrs in and then prime the pump buy pumping the top of the filter and remember to open the air blead once you have fuel coming out of the blead valve it should start however if you have cranked the engine over afewtimes as most do you will need a jumpstart as it take a lot to restart and get the air out of the injectors hope this helps

05 Kia Sedona 2.9 diesel, sometimes doesnt start

if the immo light doesnt come on it means the ecu has left the immobilizer on. it is a commen fault on kia. if you lock and unlock the car or sometimes just take the key out the ignition then put it back in it sorts the problem. if you dont see the IMMO light dont attempt to start it because it wont fire
