Vibrate at speed going down the road? or as you race the engine? as you sit in gear at a light? Riding down the road the tires are the first to be checked the pressure needs to be right and then the tirees can fail and the tire be out of round or out of balance. It the engine vibrates the engine may need a tuneup or other maintaince oil change injectors cleaned or even an injector failed .. Most of thes problems will cause the check engine light to come on and the engine light codes can be checked at most auto part stores and this will give you an idea of what to do next. If it vibrates at a light and the check engine light is'nt on basic maintance like an ol change or tune up may straighten out this problem. Your Voyager has more than one engine and if you like more assistance we'll need to know the engine size and the transmission and any codes storeed. To see the codes ( engine fault codes) With the engine off turn the key on then off and back on three times leaving it on the third time. watching the check engine light it will flash out the codes. The codes displayed will be two digit codes and are separted by pauses. They will start out with 12 ( no sprk signal pressent, (the engine isn't running)) and end in 55 ( end of cycle ) and all the codes in between need to be looked into. They can be ereased by disconnecting the battery for a minite and then it's reset if it's all clear it will display the 12 and the 55 and thats all.

1992 Plymouth Grand Voyager won't start, fuel pump runs for about 1/2 second when you turn on the key

The power control module sends signal to the fuel pump relay, it gets it's signal from the pick up coil in the distributor and the crankshaft position sensor. I'm having the same issues with my 94 Jeep Wrangler

I HAVE HAD MY TIMING COVER GASKET REPLACED ON MY 1999 PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER - 3.3 ENGINE - NOW I AM GETTING A BIG VIBRATION WHEN IDLING IN GEAR AND SOMETIMES WHEN I TURN STEERING IT CHATTERS - WOULD...

If your mechanic is a good mechanic you should be able to take it back into that mechanic and have them recheck their work at no additional cost. There are many bolts holding on the: Power Steering Pump, Alternator, Water Pump, Belt Tensioner, Crankshaft Pulley and Idle Pulley. Many of these have to be removed inorder to replace the Timing Chain Cover Gasket. It they were not tightened down correctly, this could be the vibration you are describing. Also the Front (right side) Motor Mount had to be loosened to gain access. If this was not tightened down correctly, it could cause vibration.
The Power Steering Pump itself not only has mounting bolts, but also the retaining bolts on the pulley. Again if these were not tightened down correctly, it could cause the pulley to vibrate.
Talk to the mechanic (again if you have to) and work it out with them. Most good mechanic will help you.
But to answer your question directly: Yes there is a very good possibility that this has something to do with the Timing Gasket Cover Gasket work.

I had the same thing happen, No, I was told this is not one of the engines that allows the piston to contact the valves. I replaced the timing belt 2 years ago and had no valve problems.

WHATS THE QUICK WAY TO REMOVE THE ALTERNATOR FROM A 3.3 1994 PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER

I have a '94 3.8 eng and I believe the method is the same. It must be removed from down under the vehicle. Jack up the car and place on jack stands. You'll have to twist and turn a bit but that is the only way I know of how to replace.
