Sometimes you can find an aftermarket plastic spoiler to wrap around the top of the hatch to catch the water.

I have a 1987 celica gts hatch back...and my close button and down button doesn't work for my sunroof but the open and up does and it stuck can I fix this or close my sunroof before it...

Some cars have a small plugged hole in the ceiling above the back seat. You can use an allen wrench there to close the sunroof..

I know Acura has it and several other cars. Try looking around on the headliner.

Hope this helps you

good luck

2000 Celica back seats bottom stay wet all the time. I removed the seats and they are soaked with water. Where is it coming from. Thanks for any help.

If the car has a sunroof, your sunroof drains are backed up and leaking into rear (from pillars) need to be blown out w/compressed air. If not, might be leaking through trunk seal and/or lower glass rear window seal.

Do you have a sunroof? If you do, this may be the problem. The seal for the sunroof may be damaged letting water past the drain channels. A cheap trick is to get your water hose and hold it over the sunroof and if you don't see anything, try other areas such as the back glass "the seal could be bad or pulled away from the matting surface. You have drain channels all over the car, but the seals are the issue I would look for. The trunk could be leaking and letting water run through to the back seats. None of this seems possible but a leak can be very hard to trace down. Good Luck.r

Water in headlight len

that is a common problem with the 95 celica, there is really now sure fire solution other than replacing the lenses.

I have had some sucess with running a bead of clear silicone across the top and sides of the lens where the clear front meets the back, it wont seal forever but will work for like 6 months

Convertible leaks

Look for a plugged drain at both rear side panels. Water from the top can enter the car, but it is then discharged out thru drains. If the drains are clogged, you will have this problem. Same for any other Toyota convertible.
