First, please reviw this article: Where's the fuse?

Then, to answer your question: There are at least 3 fuses that have to do with your Heating/Air Conditioning system. There are also different fuses depending on whether your vehicle is equipped with Automatic or Manual climate controls. However, if you are referring to the main fuse for the blower motor, both systems use the same fuse and location. It is fuse #3 in the Underhood Fuse Block. It is a 30 Amp fuse.

The heater itself does not have a fuse but the blower for it does, this fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the heater blower fuse it should be around 30 amps.

Heater stopped working this morning on my 95 Olds Aurora. A/C also fails to work. Any relay or fuse I should check for first?

there should be a fuse located on fuse panel for heater motor( 30 A Green)....after you check fuse other possibilities are bad fan motor...bad heater resistor block.....bad relay...the resistor blocks are very common problems

Recheck the fuses. There are usually 2 fuse blocks. One in the car and one under the hood. Refer to the owners manual for locations. If you don't have an owners manual, a trip to your local library in the automtive section, should have a Chilton's or Motor's repair manual with the locations.
Good Luck.

95 Wrangler Heater not working

Engine vacuum wouldn't effect heater temperature, and a fuse wouldn't either. Locate the hoses going into your bulkhead that go to your heater core. Carefully touch the lines to see any major temperature difference in the hoses. If one line is hot and the other line cold, You have a bad heater core. The lines should be pretty close in temperature and should both be hot. Be careful!

Heater does not blow out any air

There is a fuse panel under the dash on the driver's side and the maxi-fuse box is under the hood on the driver's side. If the fuses are good, it is probably the blower fan which is located under the dash on the passenger's side. (Behind the glove box.)
