I would recommend a transmition fluid change first , the fluid in a automatic gearbox has a best by date shall we say and after that will cause all sorts of issues mostly with the gear change

It sounds like it could be the torque converter going out. Rockauto.com lists them for about $88. You should also check your transmission fluid to make sure it doesn't smell or look burnt. If it is it should be thoroughly flushed (not just changed) out along with the transmission filter. Here is a step by step on how to do that. Get an opinion from a trusted mechanic (I know those are hard to find) on whether you should pursue the fluid flush or go all in with the torque convertor (which would result in a fluid flush as well).

Sounds like you may have a shift solenoid sticking.First thing i would do is change the fluid and filter in the transmission.Graphite build up causes problems like this.

My car is getting worst and worst everytime that if yerks everytime it shitfs gears what can i do

First, check the fluid level to make sure that it is full. If it is, then check the condition to make sure it's a nice red color (the color of new fluid). If not, then it may require a fluid flush and change for about $110 depending on who performs it. If this doesn't solve the problem, a transmission rebuild may be indicated which will be much more expensive, but that's the protocol I would follow.

These vehicles do require transmission fluid changes, but at a higher mileage. In fact some models come without a transmission fluid dipstick to check the level. It is recommended that when transmission fluid change service is performed, that a fluid evacuation/fill machine be used, commonly known as a transmission flush.
