Is the air-blowing cold air? If yes, is the thing a bit easier. When switched on, however, does not blow anything, then it is very difficult for you to be yourself. Answer me that the first question. Then you know what to answer.

On my 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500, when the heater is on it does not blow out hot air and when the A/C is on it does not blow out cold air. What could the problem be? And can I fix it myself?

There is a temperature sensor in the heater that is most likely covered in fluff. this will stop the sensor from working and controlling the temperature, The external temperature sensor which is behind the grille can also cause this issue.

Oxygen sensor bank 1 is the first sensor in the exhaust system. It should be located between the exhaust manifold under the hood and the catalytic converter. The one after the catalytic converter is the bank 2 sensor. The sensor heater is located in the sensor can only be replaced as a whole. You should be able to change this yourself with the correct size wrench... just unplug sensor, loosen and remove. Replace with new sensor the same as removed. This could be causing the egr system fault as well.

I have a 98 buick lesabre. I am a woman and have no clue whats wrong with it and cannot get straight to the point answers of what is wrong with it. When i drive it, it gets hot, my windshield fogs up,...

your heater core is leaking. It is allowing engine coolant to enter the passenger compartment via the air conditioner / heater ductwork. A cheap temporary fix is to purchase a radiator stop leak product and have someone put it in your radiator. Follow directions carefully, as the coolant can be very, very hot and under pressure. The correct repair can be quite expensive. In warmer climates you can bypass the heater core and run without a heater.

1998 Jeep grand cherokee Drivers side window jumped track how can I fix this myself I am a women but am fixable

First thing you need to do is to remove the inner door panel so you can see exactly what has happened inside. To do this, find any visible screws and remove them Usually in arm rest and the handle cover, sometimes some are hidden. The perimeter is snapped into place with small plastic "trees" that most times can be pulled out or pried out with a screwdriver (they also make a tool for this). Once panel is free, push in and up at top to disengage from edge of window lip,
You can get an inexpensive manual like haynes to guide you through this. If you can't find one, your best reference is the opposite side door...Open that one up and you can see what it looks like when it's working. Once youi can see what failed, then you can get what you need to make the repair. Scrapyards are a good inexpensive source for parts but with door components generally they will not take parts from doors that are "clean", as they generally sell those as complete replacements. Be careful working inside doors the metal edges inside are sharp.
Good luck.
PS your post made me laugh...I see that you are a woman, but I doubt if you need fixing...only your Jeep does, and that is fixable!!!
