Sounds like a problem in the PCM. a more sophisticated diagnostic computer is needed to test the system out, most repair shops should have these. i would get multiple estimates from different garages and one from a dodge dealer.

Is the same PCM? Did it come out of a vehicle with a 3 speed tranny or 4 speed tranny? Is your vehicle a 3 or 4 speed? Will make a difference if programmed for a different tranny

Put atf4 transmission fluid in 3 speed 1999 Plymouth Voyager by mistake....have I damaged transmission?

No, ATF4 is now recommended for many Chrysler products and years. Only thing I would recommend is that you use genuine "MOPAR" fluid from Chrysler/Dodge dealer. I've heard many instances where transmissions acted up with other brands of ATF4, but ran best /properly with Mopar brand.

If I remember right when our 1999 Grand Voyager did this there were 2 speed sensors on the tranny and I replaced both at the same time.

1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.0 Liter engine. $

Hate to say it but not very likely. Mine cost me $1500 for a rebuilt. Doesn't hurt to check a few local shops that deal with transmissions.

1999 Grand Voyager transmission not shifting into high gear

Do yourself a favor & get it scanned at transmission shop, or dealer & fixed as needed,(within reason) . Delaying it could cost lots of money. A rebuilt is about $1500-$2000.

1998 Plymouth Voyager does not shift to 3rd gear when driving,3.3

It's in limp home mode. You'll have to check wire connections and electronic controls. If it has a vacuum modulator you can remove it and look for trans fluid on the vacuum hose side (meaning ruptured diaphram). Double check the parts you replaced as well, especially if they were used parts. My dad went through three speed sensors in one year on his Caravan. You should drop the pan after checking other components. It could be a bad relay, shorted module or wire. The three speed transmissions are much more reliable than the four speed overdrive transmissions but with age and miles things can go wrong and parts will wear out.
