Where can I get the legal and the best research chemicals?

The best and the legal research chemicals you can get from the "benzochemicals". They are controlled substances analogs designed to mimic the original substance effects but remain legal and unscheduled. They are often nicknamed "bath salts" or "legal highs". I can adjust the low beam on my 2010 Impala but I can't adjust the high beam

low beam and high beam is in the one setting unless you have separate headlights
procedure is to place the car on level ground 3 feet from a wall that reflects the head light
draw a cross on the wall at the height of the center of head light lens
switch on the head lights (high beam)and you will see the center beam of high beam on the wall
using the screws at the back of the assembly adjust that spot to be pointing slightly to the left if rh drive ot left if lh drive and about 1 inch below the line that you drew on the wall
when you have that correct , it will put the low beam in the correct legal position
if the rear of the vehicle is sitting down , trailer of caravan on , the the head lights have to still be adjusted to legal setting

Car not starting, its turning over, changed the fuel filter. could it be the crank sensor.

Check if you have High voltage that cross the high tension wires, lift the cap on the spark plug then pin point to any ground and then turn the engine start if there's spark meaning this stage is ok.

1998 silverado low beams dont work

There is a relay that toggles between high and low beam, when the turn signal switch lifted.
The relay could be burned out.
Pull the relay from the fuse box.
You can tell when you have the right one, because then no lights at all.
Read side of relay to understand pinout.
Use test light to see if turn signal ground happens when someone lifts on the turn signal handle.
If so, then relay probably bad.
Put it back in an feel for click?
Or take it out and run your own power and ground across the primary, to make it click out of the car.
About $10 at Shucks or Autozone.

Driver's side high beam shorted out.

Take a test light or volt meter and unplug electrical connector at high beam light and with key on and headlight switch on (highbeem on) you should have power at dark green and white wire. If not then check 15 amp headlamp fuse. There is one for left and one for right. They are located at underhood fuse block (left fenderwell).Lift cover and look in cover for description. If there is power at headlight green/ wt wire then check for ground at the other wire black and purple. If no ground could have bad headlamp ground relay located at body relay box (left side of dash) or the ground connection for this relay a black wire located at left side of dash.
