Should be on the passenger side front corner next to the coolant reservoir and behind the washer fluid. and it takes regular power steering fluid.

My 1996 maxima power steering pulley doesn't turn properly & it sqeals with a stiff steering wheel. The belt has proper tension & is new

Does kind of buzz at an idle and it whine when you try to turn? You could be low on power steering fluid. Sometimes people put the wrong fluid un it pump instead of power steering fluid which will cause problem because the fluid is too thick.
You could possibly have a pump going out on you.
Jack the car up to get the front wheels off the ground. With the engine off, turn the steering wheel lock to lock. If you feel any binding as you turn you may have a bent steering rack.

Looking for transmission fluid and power steering reservoirs in 1993 maxima just need diagram

Heres an a pic that will help. The transmission has no reservoir, but has a dip stick. This is also the location for adding transmission fluid. You must use a very slim funnel. garyca.jpg

I can't locate where the power steering fluid go in my 1997 Nissan Maxima

Well, if you havent already found the answer, and being a 1996 Nissan owner myself, if you open the bonnet of your car, and look to the left side centre of the engine compartment, you`ll see the the plastic bottle that holds the power steering fluid, there.

Where do i put in transmission and power sterring fluids?

You put tranny fluid in the place you take out tranny stick to check tranny fluid level. You need a funnel. The power steering is the same. take off the cap and it has lines to tell you if it needs fluid. Add power steering fluid there.

No power steering

could be steering rack itself. bring fluid level down a bit and with someone steering back and forth, see if there is any swirling fluid movement. if so, pump should be ok. just steering wheel back and forth a few minutes should purge any air. belt is tight i assume.
