Make sure you know what the warning lights indicate, don't just shut them off so they go away.
For free you can go to an auto parts store and ask for a code reader for your car, if you need help using it ask them and they should accompany you to your car and tell you how to use it.
Make sure you have paper and something to write with, write down all the error codes generated
Clear the codes with the code reader.
Take the paper with your error codes to an employee and they can look up what the issues are and discuss possible solutions.
go to a mechanic and tell them to make it all go away.
