Question about 1995 Buick Riviera
I have the same problem someone told me its the actuator. It controls the heat flow on the drivers side. It is located just under the steering column for the 1995 riviera. There are 3 fuse like components. The middle one is the culprit. It is tedious to get to it, since it is located inside the dashboard. This problem is common for all 1995 model rivieras. Hope this helps.
