Question about 2000 Honda Accord
First remove all the signal bulbs both front and rear. Clean the sockets with electrical contact cleaner and replace the bulbs that you haven't changed yet. If still no solution replace the turn signal flasher. Lastly, if all else fails, check the wiring and the turn signal switch. Also this defect has happened when the headlight switch fails. Do the easiest things first. Good luck!
