If the problem happened all at once it most likely may not be the bulbs.

92 caprice classic turn signals not working, but the bulbs are fine. Hazards, brakes, etc all work fine. Any ideas?

Yes, the problem is the turn signal flasher is defective. You can has two flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. That is why the hazard lights flash and the turn signals do not. Replace the turn signal flasher relay located on the drivers side of the steering column, mounted behind the instrument cluster in the convenience center. They are both mounted in the same location so turn on the hazard lights and the one that you put your finger on that is not clicking is the turn signal relay.

hazard lights run on a different circuit for safety so id be looking at the stalk wiring(the lever to activate the turn signals) just play around with it at diffent angles and pressures and see if you can make them work if no luck check wiring if ok replace the stalk

After clicking on the hazard lights, the turn signal buzzer continues to buzz even with the turn signals off.

The turn signal flasher is a part of the hazard flasher and needs to be replaced. If you go to Auto Zone, the part is cheaper then the dealer and Auto Zone will have the step by step instructions to replace the hazer and turn signal module. Good luck and hope this helps.

No brake/hazard lights,have running/turn signal lights

Suggest you change hazard flasher 'can' first, then go to the hazard switch. I'm betting it's the flasher can.
