1 Answer

I have an Isuzu Rodeo 95 , 6v, 4x4 the last couple of days been going through long gravel roads. yesterday on the occasional bump the "Check trans" and "a/t oil temp" flashes on and goes almost immediately out but there is a slight pull back on the engine as if it momentarily goes off. any ideas ?

No, your not dreaming. It does have a dipstick if it has an automatic transmission.

Check for airlock on pump input (if pump not mounted below water tank level),
check water delivery at pump outup port is ok,
check for kinked/crushed delivery hose,

The upper intake gaskets may be leaking. They are made of plastic and metal and will leak air. Do not remove the cover on very top of manifold when changing.
