if you are just changing the fog light on the lower bumper than get under neath your truck and look up. there should be 2 bolts or screws holding them in place take them out and disconnect your wiring and the light should fall into your hands...

The Crankshaft Position Sensor is located directly next to the starter.
Use a twisting motion when installing the sensor.
Install and tighten the crankshaft position sensor bolt and tighten to 9 N·m (80 ±15 in. lbs.).

Have you checked your fuses? If it is not a fuse then take a flathead and gently pry the cover off, remove light and take with you to parts store for replacement comparison, replace light same way other came out and replace cover. Check your owners manual for specific fuse locations.

The clear lenses will pop out on the side that you push to turn them on if you gently pry on them with a small screwdriver .Then you can easily remove the bulb and replace it.
